These terms govern your use of DomainAgent, the AI domain broker available at domainagent.ai. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use DomainAgent for an organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm that you may do so.

1. Who we are
The domainagent.ai service is operated by the administrator of the domainagent.ai service (in these terms "we", "us" or "DomainAgent"). You can reach us at support@domainagent.ai. "You" means the person or organization that holds the account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. DomainAgent is built for business use: buying, selling, watching and managing domain names as an investor, a company, a brand or an agency. You may not use it if the law that applies to you forbids it.
3. Your account
You create an account with a valid email address and confirm it with a one time code. You keep your sign-in details secret and you are responsible for everything done under your account, including by the people you invite to your workspace. Each plan includes a set number of seats, and a seat belongs to one person. Tell us at once at support@domainagent.ai if you think someone has used your account without permission.
4. What DomainAgent is and is not
DomainAgent is software. It gives you AI agents that research domains, estimate value ranges from comparable sales, find public contact channels, draft and send outreach from your connected mailbox, read replies, propose counter-offers inside the band you set, watch expiring names and help you manage a portfolio.
DomainAgent is not a licensed broker, real estate agent, escrow agent, lawyer or financial adviser. Value ranges, opening offers, walk-away prices and renew or drop recommendations are estimates generated from data and rules. They are not appraisals for tax, legal or accounting purposes and they are not legal, tax or financial advice. You decide whether to rely on them.
5. Subscriptions and billing
DomainAgent is sold only as a subscription. There is no free plan, no commission, no success fee, no credits and no fee per domain. The plans are Investor, Pro, Portfolio and Agency, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- Each plan can be paid monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is the default and costs 50 percent less than twelve monthly payments. A yearly plan is charged in full at the start of the year.
- Payment is by card at checkout, confirmed with 3D Secure. Agency on yearly billing can also be paid by invoice, on the terms shown on the invoice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then current price for your plan and billing cycle, until you cancel. We tell you in advance of any price change that will apply to your renewal.
- Prices are in USD. Taxes are added where the law requires.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and limit the service until the balance is paid.
6. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation
When you upgrade to a higher plan, or from monthly to yearly billing, we charge the difference for the rest of the current period right away, and the new plan starts once that payment succeeds. If the payment does not go through, you stay on your current plan.
When you downgrade, the lower plan starts at the beginning of your next billing period. Until then you keep the plan you paid for.
You can cancel at any time in billing inside the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the account moves to a state where you can sign in, export data and resubscribe, but the agents stop working.
7. Refunds
Payments are final. The refund policy is part of these terms and lists the only three cases in which we return money: a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge and a total failure of the service. We do not refund partial periods, unused limits or the unused part of a yearly plan. Nothing in this section limits the mandatory rights of consumers under the law that applies to them.
8. Plan limits
Each plan has limits per billing period, listed on the pricing page, such as deal checks, new contacts, outreach emails, active negotiations, portfolio size, standing mandates, watch criteria, landing pages and seats. Limits on things you use up, such as checks, contacts and emails, count consumption during the billing period. Deleting a deal, a contact or a message does not give that use back. The count starts again with the next billing period. Limits on things you hold at once, such as active negotiations, portfolio domains and seats, count what exists at that moment. Nothing on any plan is unlimited. We show your usage in the app and offer an upgrade when you reach 80 percent of a limit.
9. The free demo
Anyone can check one domain on the homepage without an account. After you create an account, the full report for that one domain opens once, with a watermarked PDF. The demo is a one time sample of the product, not a plan. Sending outreach, negotiating and running any agent need a paid plan. We may refuse further demo checks to anyone who tries to get around the one check limit.
10. Your approvals and your band
For each deal you set a band: on a purchase the opening offer, the step size and the ceiling, and on a sale the floor. The agent negotiates only inside that band.
Any binding offer, any acceptance of a price and the start of escrow require your explicit approval click in the app. Each approval is logged with the user, the time and the amount. You are responsible for the approvals given by you and by the people in your workspace, and for checking the terms of a deal before you approve it. An approved offer or acceptance may form a binding agreement between you and the other party. DomainAgent is not a party to that agreement.
11. Escrow and payments for domains
We never hold funds for any domain. Every payment between a buyer and a seller goes through a licensed third party escrow partner, under that partner's own terms, verification checks and fees. The escrow partner sets its fee, and how it is split is agreed between buyer and seller. We do not control the escrow partner and we are not responsible for its acts, delays or decisions, though we show its status in the deal room so you can follow the transfer.
The domain transfer itself happens at the registrars, under their rules, such as auth codes, unlocking and transfer locks. You and the other party are responsible for completing it.
12. Outreach rules and acceptable use
You may use DomainAgent only for lawful, honest domain deals. In particular, you agree that:
- The agent uses only contact data from public sources, and you will not upload contact lists bought from third parties or collected without a lawful basis.
- You will not use DomainAgent to send spam, bulk unrelated messages or anything other than proposals about specific domains.
- Opt-outs are honored. Addresses on the global suppression list are never contacted, and you will not try to reach a person who opted out through the agent.
- Daily send caps and warm-up limits apply to every connected mailbox, and you will not try to get around them, for example by connecting many mailboxes to multiply volume.
- You will not misrepresent who you are, what you offer or the agent's identity. The agent introduces itself as DomainAgent acting for a client, and you will not change that.
- You will not use DomainAgent to acquire, register, sell or hold a domain in bad faith to profit from someone else's trademark (cybersquatting). You respect trademark rights and the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy, and you are responsible for checking the rights attached to any name you pursue.
- You will not send or host unlawful, harassing, threatening, deceptive or infringing content, including on for-sale landing pages.
- You will not attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape or resell the service, or access data that does not belong to you.
These rules are explained on how the agent stays inside the rules. We may block an action, pause outreach or suspend an account that breaks them.
13. Your connected mailbox
To send outreach you connect a mailbox you control. You confirm that you have the right to connect it, that sending business proposals from it is allowed by your mail provider's terms and your organization's policies, and that you are responsible for the account and its reputation. The agent sends only the messages in sequences you approved and reads only the threads that belong to deals. You can disconnect the mailbox at any time. Our handling of mailbox data is described in the privacy policy and on the security page.
14. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that an owner will answer, agree to sell or sell at any price, that a prospect will buy, that a name will drop or be won at auction, or that any value estimate matches the price a domain actually reaches. If an owner does not answer or says no, the agent stops after the sequence you set and suggests alternatives. Market data, registry data and third party listings can be incomplete or wrong, and we are not responsible for them.
15. Intellectual property
The DomainAgent service, its software, design, texts and comparable sales dataset belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the service for your own business during the paid period.
You keep all rights to your data, your domains and the content you put into the service. You give us the right to process that content only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. Outreach drafts and landing pages generated for you are yours to use. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
16. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost deals, a domain bought or sold at a price you later regret, or the acts of escrow partners, registrars, marketplaces, mail providers or the other party to a deal. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by third parties because of your breach of these terms, your outreach, the domains you pursue or sell, or your violation of the law or of someone else's rights, including trademark rights.
18. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time in the app or by writing to support@domainagent.ai. Closing does not refund the current period except where section 7 or the law says otherwise.
We may suspend or close an account, or pause outreach, if you break these terms, if your use creates legal risk or harms other users or the people the agent contacts, or if payment is overdue. Where possible we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in the privacy policy, and you can export your data before that.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the administrator of the domainagent.ai service is established, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the competent courts of that country. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring a claim there. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to solve the problem.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is material, we tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies to you, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
21. General provisions
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our consent. These terms, together with the privacy policy and the plan details on the pricing page, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
22. Contact
Questions about these terms go to support@domainagent.ai. More ways to get help are on the contact page.
